The 41st Annual Congress of the Società Italiana di Biologia Marina is being organised by the S.I.B.M. staff and the Dipartimento per lo Studio del Territorio e delle sue Risorse of the University of Genoa, in collaboration with the Marine Biological Association of United Kingdom (Plymouth). Further assistance is being offered by the Comune di Rapallo, the Centro di Biologia Marina del Mar Ligure and the Area Marina Protetta di Portofino. Touristic services have been entrusted to the Portofino Coast Incoming.

The Congress will be held in Rapallo (GE) from the seventh to the eleventh of June 2010. The Congress venue will be at the Auditorium delle Clarisse (Via Montebello) and the poster exhibition at the Ancient Castle on the sea.
